How much are the shipping charges?

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is between 2-4 days for all in-stock items. For out-of-stock items, we will procure and ship the same and so the shipping time will be generally higher. 

How will the delivery be done?

We process the national delivery only through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your item via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

Do you deliver to locations outside India?

We will soon start delivering to locations outside India.

The privacy and security policy of ClickToBuyBoi.in is governed by the same policy as in ClickForBoi.in as this site is part of the portal. Please review the policy at this link.

What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged item from ClickToBuyBoi.in?

If you have received an item that is damaged/defective (or just plain wrong), notify us at the earliest using our Contact Us Form or send us email at cs@clicktobuyboi.in.

How do I Cancel an Order on ClickToBuyBoi.in? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered on ClickToBuyBoi.in?

For outright Cancellations by you:If you Cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.2. If you've received the product and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Credit Card Payments: We accept all VISA, MasterCard and Diners card. Click on the "Buy This item" button and select "Pay By Credit Card" on the following page.

We also accept through Net banking of Axis Bank, Citi Bank, HDFC Bank, SBI and J&K Bank. Apart from this, we also accept payments through Itz Cash Card and a wide range of debit cards. 

Payments by Demand Draft/Cheque/Money Order: You can make the DD or Cheque in favour of "NabaUnmesh Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd." payable at par in Kolkata and send it to us at the address given below:

In case of cheque payments, orders will be processed only after clearance of the cheque. We accept cheques which are payable "at par" at Kolkata. Do make sure that your item is NOT shown as Out of Stock on ClickToBuyBoi.in before you send us your payment. We will process your order upon receiving your payment and your item(s) will be couriered to you, or sent by Government Registered Post if there is no Courier Service operational in your area. Enclose a covering letter with the details of your product (name of book, author name) your Shipping Address, Phone Number and Email Address. Kindly also send us an email informing us that you have sent your DD/Cheque. It will help us process your order quicker. For payments through Money Orders, send them to the address mentioned above. Please intimate us in advance before sending the Money Order.

You can also pay via eCheaque / NEFT for faster processing of your order. Details are provided below. After payment, please send us an email (cs@clicktobuyboi.in) with the Payment ID number and Order number. After we check the bank account, we will process your order.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with ClickToBuyBoi.in. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

What do the different order status mean ?

Payment Pending Authorization : Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.

Payment Authorized, Order under Processing : We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.

Order Shipped : Your order has been shipped out of out warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.

Order Cancelled : The order was cancelled.

When and how can I cancel an order ?

You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order shipped" state. You can do so by sending us an email via our Contact Us Form with the order number.
